(Parliamentary Reform) discussed amendments Tourism Law

Minister of Labour and Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, Dr. Nidal Qatamin said that the tourism sector is one of the vital and complex sectors and control of all his tools are not that simple.

This came during a meeting with President of the Reform Bloc Mgehm hawks and a number of its members, ministry building on Tuesday.

Turning Dr. Qatamin During the meeting, which was attended by Secretary General of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities Issa Qmoh, and Director General of Tourism Promotion Authority, Dr. Abdul Razak Cars, the most prominent themes included in the rate for tourism law and a number of issues related to the tourism sector and ways to find appropriate solutions.

In turn, stressed the important role that the hawks play bloc to find a real and effective between the House of Representatives on the one hand and government partnership on the other hand confirmation of the vision of His Majesty King Abdullah II, in order to build bridges of dialogue and constructive debate to serve the higher interests of the country. He pointed to the importance of these hawks consultative meetings to give impetus to the reform process forward, noting that today's meeting was meant to work on «the development of the tourism sector and strengthen its role as a sector is vital«.

Turning member bloc MP Amjad Maslamani to the need for the development of tourist transport sector so that the tourist bus license under the supervision of the Ministry of Tourism in addition to modify some of the relevant legislation in order to serve the sector, and the abolition of the tax on tourist groups coming to the UK.

The MP pointed Abdel-Hadi Al-Maharmeh, in his intervention to the importance of correct some of the violations in this vital and important sector, which flows into the state treasury's annual revenues, pointing to the most prominent proposals concerning the development of the tourist transport sector in particular.

He MP Moataz Abu Rumman to the need to apply the relevant legislation clearly and beyond any duplication, and open doors to investors in this sector.
